  I had the worst experience here today. The lady working the counter needs a lesson in customer service. The customer service was at an all-time low, which was especially disappointing because I’ve supported and utilized this location since they've opened. As a business owner myself, I understand that no business is perfect. However, one bad experience can absolutely damage an otherwise great relationship. Customer service matters, and today’s experience was simply unacceptable. I sincerely hope this is addressed, because I would hate for one poor interaction to be the reason I take my business elsewhere.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. I used this store to ship an international package. Tracking shows the package was never actually handed over to the carrier USPS, and the carrier directed me back to this store since they processed the payment. Instead of helping trace or resolve the missing package, manager Beverly argued with me, repeatedly criticized the shipping service I chose, and insisted she didn't have to help me at all. When I asked for contact information for the store owner or management above her to escalate the issue, she responded with: "My boss is God." > Zero accountability, zero respect for customers, and a missing package. Do not trust this store with your shipments.

  I’m SUPER GRATEFUL for this UPS store, especially for their amazing associate, DeMarius!! Not only have I always had a great, smooth, easy experience at this location, but particularly tonight, DeMarius saved the day going above and beyond and remained friendly, patient and kind through the whole process! Amazon recently changed its return rules & silly me realized last min that I must return my item by today. Well it was 6:37 pm & store closes at 7. I jumped in car so fast with a mission to get to this UPS location within 20 min. I called the store and DeMarius answered & asked what car I’m in and said he’ll wait for me as long as it’s right around 7 and to drive safe. I arrived at 7:02 pm and he welcomed me right in, scanned my QR codes and allowed me to successful return my items and get refunded. I couldn’t be more willing to write this review just to shout out loud a huge THANK YOU DeMarius for your kindness and for going that extra mile for a customer you don’t even know. Because of you, I’m going to pay it forward to a stranger tonight or over this weekend bc kindness needs to spread! Thank you 🙏🏼 I will be a forever customer of UPS in town center Covington because of you!
