I had a very frustrating experience with UPS due to repeated mistakes and unprofessional behavior. Earlier this month, I came in to return an Amazon item and was told my label was canceled and deleted, which turned out to be false, Amazon had to issue a new label because it was never properly removed.
On April 22, I returned with two Fashion Nova items. For the second item, I was told my packaging wasn’t acceptable. I said I’d go get a box, but the employee insisted they would cancel the return and assured me it would work. I specifically questioned this because of my previous experience, but both employees reassured me.
When I came back later that day, I was told the item had already been shipped anyway. The situation escalated when an employee became rude and dismissive. Another employee admitted the label was still in the trash. The employee took the label out of the trash, taped it back together, and shipped my package. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
To make matters worse, an employee was outside vaping near the entrance, blowing smoke near customers walking in, which is highly inappropriate.
Overall, this location shows a serious lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and careless handling of customer packages. Employees need better training and accountability.
