    Came in to return a $20 item and got charged nearly $7 in fees — including a $3 “computer use” charge. Nobody told me about these fees upfront before processing my package. This is a total rip-off. Will never come back to this location. Avoid this place!

    The only UPS store in the area where someone answers the phone and consistently has a notary service, even on Sundays! Great service, thank you!

    TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !! AYAD WAS VERY RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. he tried to overcharge me and tell me i couldnt package my item. this store needs to be closed

    Customer service is A1. I’m glad that they opened an official one closer to my home. I use to travel to the other location in Covington for great customer service as well. I love that they communicate well, make you feel valued, and they have patience. They have an amazing team! Thank you!
