  This location has horrible customer service. After waiting for my order for an extended amount of time I asked for a refund so I could go somewhere else. I was ignored and refused a refund. The young man at the register was extremely rude and the manager proceeded to berate me about wanting a refund. This experience was unbelievable. I have never experienced anything like this.

  How long should 20 wings take? 30 minutes waiting for a preorder is bananas. There were people walking in and out while I stood around waiting. People that had walk in orders that cam e in and ordered after I preordered that got there food first. It is unexcusable.
