  I cannot say enough great things about the exceptional service I received from Brandon Brooks at Tamara Gatson's Allstate office. From the very beginning, Brandon was professional, knowledgeable, incredibly patient, and genuinely committed to helping me find the best coverage at the best possible price. What impressed me most was that he never rushed me. He took the time to answer every question thoroughly and made sure I understood all of my options. Even after normal business hours, Brandon gave me his full attention and treated me with the same level of courtesy and professionalism. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. Thanks to Brandon's expertise, my family is saving $450 per month on our auto insurance and over $1,000 per year on our homeowners insurance.   When i had called to cancel they lied to keep our business and raised our deductible behind our back. We never found out until my son had an accident, for which Allstate glad paid $292.00 out of a $5000.00 bill. Can not be trusted.

  Owner had an entire parking lot empty and told us we're going to be towed for getting lunch. Literally 30 plus spots. Edit: I was told word for word the owner of this Allstate branch specifically was having cars towed today. The property manager would only tow cars if the allstate person called them. You were also the only business open in that parking lot. Idk why you need 30 spots for yourself. Also you were very rude.
