We ordered ahead on the app. It was 3 footlong sandwiches, a six inch, and a six pack of cookies. All of those things were in the bag on pick up. However when we get home we find that there is something wrong with each sandwich. Starting with the six inch - it was supposed to be a grilled chicken sandwich. It had cheese and veggies and one tiny chunk of chicken. I mean a tiny piece of chicken. Next sandwich was a ham on white bread. It was on the herbs and cheese bread and only had three pieces of ham per side. According to subways website there should be six slices of meat to each six inch. This place is cutting corners in the worst way. The next sandwich was a bacon and turkey. They put on honey mustard instead of mustard and two triangles of cheese total for a foot long. On the last sandwich it was ordered to have mayo and garlic aioli. It had neither. Dry bread all the way. Then I go to the cookies. I mean Subway has the best cookies in fast food! The cookies are great - except I got 5 cookies in the six pack that was ordered. They shorted me a cookie.
I will never return to this Subway location ever again. Not one thing was right and missing actual paid for product is borderline theft.
The person who was making the sandwich was making the sandwich like he didn’t wanna do his job and had a whole attitude and was not trying to put toppings on it. Literally putting sprinkles I am very unsatisfied. My wife is pregnant. This is very disgusting.🚮

I ordered two foot-long subs online and they put barely anything inside the sandwiches. I don’t know how cheap this owner can be, but this is ridiculous especially for the price.

I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience at Subway. I spent $18.70 on a single cold cut sub, which is already steep, but what made it worse was the quality and portioning.
The meat and cheese were sliced extremely thin, to the point where I had to ask for extra just to feel like I was getting a proper sandwich. The same issue applied to the vegetables, the lettuce, cucumber, onions, banana peppers, and spinach were either cut very thin or barely added at all, so I had to request more just to get a normal amount.
I even mentioned how thin everything was, but the employee (who seemed like he may have been the owner) completely ignored my concern.
For that price, I expect better quality, better portions, and at the very least, basic customer service. Unfortunately, this experience missed the mark on all three. I will not be returning.

Super clean restaurant and the 2 girls working were very nice! I’m really picky with places that prepare food in-front of you and this was by far the cleanest sub shop I’ve been to in a while!
