  I was so pleased by my experience today with the two guys at Advance that helped me and my family. Having a car that won't start is extremely nerve wrecking and you guys were absolutely so helpful, so kind, and so sweet to my son! From quickly figuring out what I needed, installing the battery, making my 4 year old happy, to double-checking that I was good to go. David is who is on my receipt but two of you were involved and I will definitely come straight back to yalls Advance Auto whenever I need parts again. Thank you for being so kind in a world where customer service is not a given anymore.

  We found ourselves in Commerce with a very dead battery. My wife called Advanced and the store manager talked with her. All I can say is he came through for us and went way above and beyond to get our battery replaced and get us back on the road. We’re grateful!

  We were stranded in Commerce with a dead battery and Dallas the store manager was our hero! He left the store and picked us up, drove back to the store to purchase a new battery. He drove us back to our car and installed the battery. I know this is above and beyond normal service and a parts store can’t allow employees to rescue people everyday. AAA was our best option but we would have waited at least an hour just for a tow truck and then who knows how much longer to get the battery. Dallas stepped up and took customer service to a whole new level. So grateful!!
