  I hardly ever do reviews but I think these workers deserve to be mentioned. I needed to mail a laptop to a lady who had left it in Columbus, GA and was already in north GA. when she realized she left her laptop at our office. She was headed for a new life and a new job further north. She called to see if she had left her laptop in our office, and she had. I originally went to the competition Fedex. They were not helpful at all and you could tell they just wanted to get off and go home. So, I drove just a couple of blocks down to UPS. It was five minutes till 6:00 when I went through the door. Yes, I was running. I was still greeted with a smile by Matt and Amanda. I'm sure they would have liked to close on time too. But they didn't act like it. They were happy to help. They wrap the computer safely and advised the fastest way to get there would be Monday. They never indicated I was holding them up at closing time. We even shared a joke and laughed. It was true customer service! I am now a loyal UPS fan. You just don't find customer service like that all the time. This is the first review I have given in years!! Kudos to my new friends, Matt, Amanda and Sam at UPS on Bradley Park in Columbus, GA for great customer service!
