  My wife and I were headed out of town, and she wanted Subway. Sounds easy enough. When we got there, we had only one person in front of us. There were two employees working. Those two moved at a pace that would make a glacier blush. It was terrible. It took the 45 minutes to make the lady in front of us and our two sandwiches. If you want slow fast food, go here. If you are in a rush, be prepared to wait until the next ice age.

  The evening shift is horrible!! I suggest they get a manger to stop in or a babysitter.

  I would like to file a complaint regarding my recent visit to Subway. When I entered the store, I was greeted by a young female employee, and when I asked if she was working alone, she told me her manager was there as well. I then ordered three sandwiches, and the employee prepared all three by herself while the manager provided no assistance. During my visit, I observed the manager leave the work area while on a personal phone call, leaving the employee to handle customers and orders alone. I was disappointed to see a manager not supporting their staff, especially during a busy period, and I believe this reflects poorly on customer service and workplace leadership.
