  I would like to file a complaint regarding my recent visit to Subway. When I entered the store, I was greeted by a young female employee, and when I asked if she was working alone, she told me her manager was there as well. I then ordered three sandwiches, and the employee prepared all three by herself while the manager provided no assistance. During my visit, I observed the manager leave the work area while on a personal phone call, leaving the employee to handle customers and orders alone. I was disappointed to see a manager not supporting their staff, especially during a busy period, and I believe this reflects poorly on customer service and workplace leadership.

  Probably the worst service I’ve ever seen at a restaurant. We asked for cheese or a sandwich and they put a small pinch and said that their manager told them that they weren’t allowed to give a normal size amount of cheese and they were out of cheese so we decided to go elsewhere. I 10 out of 10 definitely do not recommend you go here. The store was dirty And the employees were completely clueless of what is going on. I’ve never had to leave such a bad review for a restaurant. They are literally scamming people by not giving them what they pay for here the Store should be closed immediately due to poor management and the store was empty to begin with

  I had just enough time to run to subway to grab lunch before making it back to work, I am type 2 diabetic and cannot eat bread so I didn’t have a back up option. I went to order my sold and was told “we are out of salad bowls” - this isn’t the first time this has happened. Waste of time and overall just annoying and sucks for people like me who end up being screwed more than the average person. Do better with logistics and order the supplies you need.

  The service is good if you get the right crew. I did not get the right crew today. They messed up my order then got rude about it. Last time I was here and the time before that they went above & beyond. Can't win every time. At the sandwich still tastes okay even when it's wrong and they don't care. Edit: I also have food allergies which means I can't eat certain foods. They need to pay more attention to the orders.
