  Ordered food online before leaving house (30 minutes away) had to wait an additional 20 minutes after arriving. Ordered a ham sandwich with a list of things on it once we got home found that it only had ham on it, pepperoni meatball sub was missing the pepperoni, male behind the counter seemed more interested in stareing at female customers, female employee seemed upset at the world. Wouldn't recommend this location at all.

  I just wanted to say I received great customer service today the two young ladies there was very nice and a guy that seemed like he was a manager maybe he also was really nice I get home and omg these sandwiches DELICIOUS thanks yall

  Glass door was dirty, the fountain area was dirty. They were rude and not helpful at all. Didn't even want to fix it. The chicken looks rubbery as heck and nasty I do not recommend the subway on milgen road.

  Order online... The grill chicken salad always came warm chicken, the chicken was cold and pink looking. Hella sauce everywhere. Not well prepared, I came in nicely asking for the chicken to be warmed they were not welcoming. They were " know it all " the online web site does not let me put warm chicken in the order. Was not a big deal until they was rude and not helpful. Wanted a refund they said they cook their chicken everyday . Girl it's comes out of bags ! Everyone has worked at subway. Including me. Even if chicken is severed cold it needs to be up to date . This location has a lot of problems. They need new staff or better attitudes!

  Made me look stupid. I’m a door dasher who’s disabled so ofc I get judged by the way I look. They were keeping opened used drinks in the customer refrigerator. And they just made me look like I had mental issues and I don’t. I’m just trying to work and they didn’t have blue Gatorade so I grabbed a blue one not knowing it was somebody else’s who was an employee. Do better.
