  It's older black lady she been at this location for awhile. See has a nasty attitude act like FedEx is her company. I came to pick my package up I ask for it to held at this location . She says it's to busy to go look for my package. Felt like snatching her ass up. Acting like she to good in that case you would own FedEx nasty attitude having cow.
