  Vanessa and Sheryl are incredible and both went out of their way to help locate my package after the store had already closed. Can't say enough nice things about them. Highly recommend this location.

  This places ability to absolutely screw up everything is incredible. I have literally never had a package that was delivered on time, sent to the right address, been intact, or sometimes they even just lose them. This entire company is a joke. Use UPS.

  I frequently use this FedEx Ship Center (4470 Warm Springs Rd, Columbus, GA) to drop off packages, and it has always worked fine. Today, however, they refused my eBay package without giving any clear reason. I had to wait a long time, and in the end the staff still couldn’t explain why, only telling me to go to another location. This was very inconvenient and frustrating. I hope the store can clarify which types of labels they accept and improve the drop-off process.
