  Shelly the general manger is amazing!! So kind and helpful , give that woman a raise!! Store was clean and I was greeted immediately after walking in. Best auto parts store in town!!!!!!

  ​I cannot thank the team at this Advance Auto Parts enough for their help! My car broke down right in front of their store on the road, and to make things worse, it was nighttime and they were just about to close. ​Even though it was the end of their shift, a young man working there was incredibly humble and stepped up to help me when I didn't know what to do. In a moment that was very stressful, they stayed and provided the support I needed to get through it. ​It is rare to find people this kind and helpful these days. As someone who always tries to help others, I was so moved to find that same spirit in these employees. They didn't just see me as a customer; they treated me like a person in need. ​We need more people like this in the world! I highly recommend this location not just for parts, but for the amazing, compassionate people who work here.

  I came in yesterday to get a part for a SRT jeep and was given the wrong part even though I was charged for the right part. After making it home and realizing I received the wrong part me and my husband came back to return the part. The “manager” on duty was high and the store reeked of marijuana. I gave him the part with the box and he went behind the counter misplaced the box and then came back and refused to do the return due to me not bringing a box. When he found the box he said the receipt didn’t match the box. And then proceeded to ask us to leave the store and decided to call the police. When the police arrived she listened to both sides of the story and requested he give us the part due to it being a mistake on there end. The closing manager yesterday was unprofessional, incompetent, and was so high he could not do his job correctly.
