  I'm giving 5 stars, my car started running hot Thursday and needed it fixed immediately. The staff is extremely helpful and super nice, the young guy Tanner up at the frontb desk was super helpful on finding parts I needed and very patient with the fact that me and my husband were going in and out getting different parts and wasnt for sure if it was the right size or anything so he lets us try it out before we buy it. Candice was an angle that helped us out tremendously. She was super helpful on helping us figure out what we needed and what certain parts was called and coming out looking at my car to help us figure it out and she requested us to a mechanic that would work on my car for cheap, cause we was running low on money from the parts we was buying prior to fixing what we thought was just the issue, which turned into more stuff needing fixed. The staff was 100% helpful but Candice was outstanding. I can't Thank them enough.

  Chris is the best store manager ever and Tanner is the best shift manager ever. Even when things got awkward with my situation they came through with flying colors.

  Had an online order. Got an email that the order was ready for pickup. Went about 4 hrs later to pick it up just to find out my order was not ready and the part was not in stock. Had to go to another Advanced to pick up the part. Never had any issues like this at the other locations.
