  Terrible service. I tried to call in an order. I was told the employees couldn't understand online orders. The man that answered the phone hung up on me.

  I had placed an order around 3:30 and for it to be ready for 4. I pulled up at 4:20 thinking surely my food would be done. NOPE. These two women haven’t even started my order and just having a conversation with no rush or urgency. They weren’t busy so I truly don’t know why not a single thing was started. They were moving at a snails pace and kept walking away and standing around while I could’ve made my own order and be done before them. Love subways food but the service has not been great.

  Been coming here since I moved in town, mostly good experiences! a few times sandwiches have been incorrect if delivered, not a big deal, but this last order was the last time I will order from this location, because its a genuine health concern. We got a couple sandwiches, including a Tuna sub, and after taking a bite of the Tuna I noticed my mouth, primarily my tongue, was numb. Concerned it was a newly developed personal allergy, got my partner to try a bite as well, and he also had a numb sensation for a few minutes. Only comparison I can draw is oral anesthetic. We promptly threw the sub into the garbage, and I attempted several times to call the store to warn them about this health concern regarding their tuna, and nobody answered. I am worried for the others who have ordered Tuna on 7/20/2026 /or the entirety of that Tuna batch. The other sandwich ordered was made with the same bread, same cheese, but different protein and toppings, the numbing effect was not present in that sandwich.
