  The next sized torx bit was sold out that I needed. The associate said he can order another one. But Im a traveling Michigan resident, not hardly going to return in a week or two. But the associate stated that it should arrive that afternoon! How awesome! Same day order and delivery! He stated, see ya when you come back this afternoon or whenever you happen to return. With a warm smile.

  Its not the store. Its a certain employee. Always being sold the wrong parts and he likes to argue when told its not correct. Ive started going to a different part store. Everyone else is great though.

  refuses return because item was out of the box when the item didn't fit, unfriendly staff that then lied to customer service. Go to autozone it will save you money and time. Milton "you wouldn't buy a bag of chips someone opened and ate" when talking about a return item horrible analogy. Overall very rude and they refused a refund of any kind even an exchange. I get it if I used it then returned it to abuse the returns but that wasn't at all my intention and would of bought what I actually needed if I could of gotten compensation. Now I'm going to autozone where they are friendly and understanding. Weekend staff are horrible when they know the manager isn't there to watch them.
