  I placed a mobile order and it was ready on time and everything was going great until I got home and I realized they had put additional stuff on my sandwich that I did not order and left out other things. I added jalapeños and banana peppers to my sandwich I only received the jalapeños and then in addition I got onions and bell peppers that wasnt on my order. This isn’t the biggest deal for me personally but if I had been allergic to one of these ingredients it could’ve been catastrophic. if you’re gonna order here I’d recommend that you do it in person and not online. with that being said anytime you go into this location there’s nobody upfront you have to wait for them to come up.

  Ordered 2 sandwiches on doordash when i got my food the bread of my italian herbs and cheese was burnt. No big deal irritating but no big deal. Called and sat on hold for 5 mins. Employee said he was busy and alone and i believed him since ive only seen them properly satffed once. When i explain what happened I simply wanted a replacement. Was informed that he cant authorize that and his manager would call me in 30 mins. Still waiting...
