  I had a great experience at Wingstop thanks to Mary! She provided excellent customer service from start to finish. She helped me choose exactly what I wanted, made sure my order was put together perfectly, and was very attentive throughout my visit. She even helped me with the survey on my receipt. Mary went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Thank you, Mary!

  Went in and stood at the counter for 15 minutes, not one employee acknowledged there was someone at the counter. Staff had zero sense of urgency, they kept asking people at random if this was their order, seemed very unorganized. They were talking and joking around giving each other high fives for whatever reason, and one girl stood by just waiting around. After waiting a few more minutes I left. I seen they have a plaque at the counter stating most improved location, I’m not too sure what’s it’s referring to but if it was worse than this before, then great job for improving.

  This evening i placed a pickup order and all though my wings were delicious the cashier was very rude and disrespectful. I even heard her talking about me in the kitchen.
