  The staff at the Cricket location is the greatest. They took us step by step thru the whole process of getting new phones and changing carriers. I was expecting it to take all day considering the age of our phones, they got it done quickly and professionally. They answered all our questions and were very knowledgeable. The phones and the new service have been great! THANK YOU!

  Great service, and very friendly. The store is clean and I really liked it's set-up. Location is very convenient inside the mall!
