  Been waiting on my order for 35 minutes….its still sitting in the bag and the employees are ignoring me. Please hire people who want to work!!! I usually come here once a week but the past 2 times have been horrible service! I don’t think I’ll be back!

  No one acknowledging when u walk in, also no one assisting customers at the counter. This is the second time I've been here in one week. Counter help just walks away and u have to get there attention and if your not loud enough, they ignore u. Or they just let u stand there. I've been here a lot, and idk if there is new management or what, but it has never been like this before!

  Restaurant was understaffed and not sure if manager but a nice lady made every effort to get the food out in a hurry and also apologized for the wait times due to being understaffed which I only overheard and not as an excuse. Thank you for the food!

  Just picked up Wings And fries from there. The mild wings they're supposed to be coated in sauce, received no sauce just fried boneless wings no flavoring or toppings. However the hot honey ones is a rub which was overapplied and made the whole thing taste like sand. Inside the restaurant when I picked it up it was a dirty and not even busy . Employees just standing around. And to top it off they make you pay for ranch that they forgot. Save your money and to go to WNB or the new place by Walmart
