Just picked up Wings And fries from there. The mild wings they're supposed to be coated in sauce, received no sauce just fried boneless wings no flavoring or toppings. However the hot honey ones is a rub which was overapplied and made the whole thing taste like sand. Inside the restaurant when I picked it up it was a dirty and not even busy . Employees just standing around. And to top it off they make you pay for ranch that they forgot. Save your money and to go to WNB or the new place by Walmart

I’m all for paying a fair price, but $3.20 for a cup of ice?! 🤦🏾‍♂️ That’s absolutely ridiculous. I could understand paying a small charge for a drink, but charging $3.20 for a cup filled with ICE is excessive. Wingstop, y’all can do better than this. I left more disappointed by the charge than anything else. $3.20… for ICE. 🧊💀

I honestly don’t understand the trend of charging extra for dipping sauce at a wing restaurant when wings are essentially your main product. Offering ranch or blue cheese with wings should be standard, just like providing ketchup with an order of fries. What makes it even more frustrating is spending well over $100 on wings and still being charged extra for something that most customers consider a basic accompaniment to the meal. It feels like nickel-and-diming customers rather than providing good service and value. The food may be decent, but policies like this leave a bad impression and make customers feel unappreciated. When you’re already paying premium prices, complimentary dipping sauce shouldn’t be too much to ask.

I got 15 wings and fries but no ranch dressing. I didn't find this out until I got back to my office to eat lunch before my zoom meeting. I got back in the car and drove back over and the young lady said what I ordered doesn't come with ranch. I am scratching my head because I spent $24.05 and would have to pay for dipping sauce extra. It was a teachable moment and I will add them to my list not no visit anytime soon. She was kind enough to give me 2 cups of ranch since I had to drive back.

I love wingstop, but how does 10 wings not come with a at least one ranch! I had to pay $1.57 to get ranch with my wings total was $18.. overly priced and a bit of a ripoff considering it’s lacking sauce in the wings too. Completely uncalled for , stop being cheap especially if you barely drench the wigs in sauce.
