  What a nice place all the employees were helpful and pleasant. Very busy place but they had plenty of employees on staff.

  Amazon approved return- I took the item per Amazon for return ! It was one of those chairs that you have to let expand for 72 hours and of course I did. There was a problem with the zipper hence getting the approval for a return.! I was greeted with rudeness from the get-go as soon as we walked in the door, cause it was a big item. They told us we had to put these pillows in this inflated heavy item in a box then they realized the box was not gonna work for the other two items which were the pillows. So she wanted us to put them in another box which would mean two dollars per printed Amazon return receipt @ $2.00 per printing = $4.00 plus 2 boxes @ $45.00 x2 = $90.00 @ per box I had free return on that date for item! We had to take our item back and unable to return ! This girl really didn’t care. She didn’t want nothing to do with us and she treated us like dirt. That was on April 10, 2026 in the early afternoon! I will make sure to tell everybody I know how rude she is We told her we have no choice but to take it back and she said I don’t care do whatever you gotta! Frustrated Amazon return person
