  Mr. Fry was a wonderful employee and a blessing. Assisted me with an oxygen sensor, and went above and beyond to help me.

  Went in to get a spark plug was greeted by Fry he helped me in a timely manner he also took his time out to come help fix another issue I was having and went beyond the normal expectations to help. He fixed me up and I was on my way. Not to mention everyone in this store was very nice and polite thank you again !

  Ryan the GM at this location is a joke. I purchased brakes and he guaranteed as the store manage they would be right, I got to my mechanic and they were wrong. I tried to go return the brakes and asked for Ryan the GM specifically and I waited for 40 minutes for him not to show his face. This wasn’t great for customer service since he, the GM, guaranteed I had the right product after discussing several times how that location has burned me a couple times before. From the vibe I was getting from the employees this happens a lot with him and he seems to not be respected because of his customer service skills.
