  My experience with this UPS store has always been positive. The store is neat and well stocked; the staff are very friendly and efficient, and they make returning items very simple.

  Farrah is the most helpful and sweetest person. I come to the store frequently to drop off packages for work, and as soon as I walk through the door, she greets me with a smile and a "Hey Paisley!"

  I had such a great experience with Haylee at The UPS store. As a healthcare worker, my schedule is extremely busy and stressful, and she made the entire shipping process smooth and easy for me. She was patient, professional, and genuinely kind from the moment I walked in. Haylee went above and beyond to help make sure my package was shipped correctly and quickly. She answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and handled everything with such a positive attitude. You can tell she truly cares about helping people and takes pride in her work. After a long shift, having someone like Haylee make things easier was really appreciated. The UPS Store is lucky to have her, and I’ll definitely continue to use this location.

  I just had the single greatest customer service experience of my entire life at the UPS Store, and it was all thanks to Haylee. I walked in expecting to ship a package and walked out questioning whether I had just witnessed customer service perfection in human form. From the second I entered, Haylee handled everything with the kind of confidence, speed, and kindness that corporations probably spend millions trying to train people to achieve. She somehow managed to help multiple customers, answer questions, keep the line moving, and still make every single person feel like they were the most important customer in the building. It was honestly mesmerizing. My package was a complete disaster before I arrived — awkward size, confusing labels, zero tape, and I probably looked like I had never mailed anything in my life. Haylee didn’t just fix the problem; she turned the entire situation into a stress-free masterpiece. She knew every answer instantly, packed everything flawlessly, and explained the shipping options like a logistics wizard sent from the future. And the attitude? Absolutely elite. Friendly without sounding fake, professional without being robotic, and patient beyond human comprehension. If customer service had a Hall of Fame, Haylee would already have a statue out front. The UPS Store itself was spotless, organized, and running smoother than most Fortune 500 companies. Honestly, if Haylee ran airport security, people would probably enjoy flying again. Give this woman a raise, a promotion, and possibly ownership of the franchise. Five stars isn’t enough — this experience deserves its own category.
