Poor customer service!
The staff had a bad attitude just me walking in. They over charged me to print a label for my return package, and tried to charge me for tape to close my return package. I had never been charged before for tape to close my package.
I used to use this store because it’s the closest to me, I will now use the store at Prominence Point!
They lost a customer!

I use this location regularly, which is why I was very disappointed by the experience my teenage daughter had on Monday the 27th in the evening. I sent her in with Amazon returns that were already bagged and ready, along with the QR codes.
Unfortunately, the rude employee repeatedly questioned whether the items were boxed and labeled, which caused confusion for my daughter. She tried to explain that the items were already prepared and that she had the QR codes, but instead of receiving guidance, she was made to feel stupid and talked down to. She was eventually directed to the kiosk without any assistance.
This situation could have been handled much more efficiently with clear communication and a helpful attitude. Instead, the interaction made what should have been a simple process unnecessarily frustrating.
Customer service should be about helping and guiding customers—especially younger individuals who may need a bit more patience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as there is no place for this type of interaction in a customer-facing environment.
Customer service lacking badly! The clerk did not speak one word to me except " I'll take you over here". Never once stopped her conversation with her coworkers. Handed me a receipt, I said thank you and again nothing. Just continuously talking over my head to a coworker across the room. No way to run a business!

I wish I could leave zero stars. This place is such a nightmare to deal with especially for returns.

First location that mentioned charging me to tape box closed on a pre paid return label, crazy work, after years of business and personal shipping this was a new one. I know its not the employee but that level of nit picking when you already have someone's business isnt necessary and can only do harm since fedex and usps arent asking for additional money for a slice of tape.
