  I had to return a busted stool I got an Amazon with a busted box I wouldn’t be able to return and the owner and staff could not be more helpful or caring. They truly take ownership and help you there I will be a customer for life!

  I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and basic customer service at this location. On June 15th, I brought in a factory-sealed, 15 lbs Tesla Charger for a return. Since I needed the label printed, I emailed it to the store, and the clerk handled the printing process behind the counter. Unfortunately, a major oversight occurred: my Tesla label was mistakenly placed on another customer's small 1.02 lbs package. As a direct result of this carrier error, Tesla received the wrong item and denied my $500+ refund. When I returned to the store to request a review of the transaction logs or security cameras to resolve the mix-up, the employee at the counter completely refused to cooperate. Instead of getting a manager or investigating a clear system discrepancy, this staff member laughed and made defamatory insinuations, saying 'You know what you did' and falsely accusing me of dishonesty. I kindly invite the store owner or store manager to look at the security footage and print logs for June 15th at 10:25AM - 10:35Am. Please compare the physical size of the heavy box I handed your employee against the 1.02 lbs recorded on the duplicate receipt. The physical evidence and math speak for themselves.

  I love that they also take USPS packages because the closest USPS is awful. Everyone there is rude and I've had a ton of packages lost from that location so I started taking all my packages to this UPS location. All the employees are friendly and welcoming.
