    I will never use this UPS store again. I had all the labels printed out even though I selected the box and label free at the store. They require you to buy thier packages to put it in. They said they will only take it if it has a QR code only. I go to the UPS store on sixes rd and have 0 issues. I will drive out of my way to go there instead.

    the staff is usually good, but since it was taken over buy new owners the overall service has gone down
