  I use to love this subway on HF but new management has taken over and I ordered salad with chicken and Sriracha sauce heat it up. Then you put that hot chicken on fresh lettuce and spinach not happening. The lettuce was brown. The spinach looked strange. The tomatoes did not look Fresh cucumbers were like turning colors like they’ve been frozen then thawed. I had to ask the girl to put more cheese on it when I got out of there. She had never heated up the chicken, but it was too late to go back to complain. I’m not going back. That’s the second time I’ve given them a second chance and nope not again. When the produce looked that bad I should’ve walked away. I sat in my car and ate the salad and not one person has been in there since I’ve been sitting here. No one is in that store. No one was in there when I entered. I used to come here and there was a line to order to the door. So sad, I guess I have to go to Jimmy John’s now.

  Stay away from this subway at all costs! Avoid this place if you don't want to deal with cross-contamination and employees who clearly don't prioritize hygiene. Who knows what other unsanitary practices go on behind closed doors.

  Completely ignored me , was in line with 4 others && was the second in line . The team leader helped the two people behind me like I wasn’t even there . I will never come back
