  I had to get a new battery after I tragically got stuck at a Sam’s Club parking lot, about thirty minutes away. I went into Advanced Auto Parts and was greeted by Willie! He was such a light to my stressful evening! He helped me pick out my new battery and also put it in for me! He also cracked a couple of jokes which made my night! Thank you, Willie for helping me and also putting a smile on my face! You’re THE best!

  The team there is so terrific. The ladies are always super sweet and funny and the men there are so helpful. I'm telling all my friends how great this location is.

  Terrible service. Walked in last night and an employee was outside helping someone. The older employee or probably manager was in the back on his phone. Watched me walk in and let me stand at the counter waiting. I had to ask him if there was anyone to help me. He tossed his phone down and came up. This morning I had to go back because I bought the wrong headlight (trying to change on my own) and the lady there talked to me like I was an idiot instead of being kind and informative. I definitely will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
