  When I ordered my food today 6/1, all flats, the food was not fresh at all. The chicken was dry and tough and had a funny taste to it. Not sure if they just reheated this or not but it did not taste fresh and it made to order.

  It's a no for me. This was my first time ordering from this location today. I ordered 5 flats with lemon pepper seasoning extra crispy. When I opened the container when I arrived home I couldn't believe what I saw. The wings looked barely cook with very little seasoning drenched in grease. I had to dab the grease off and put them in my air fryer to cook a little longer and add more seasoning. I only gave it 2 stars because the young lady taking orders was nice. I said thank you to the young lady who handed me the order and she said nothing while looking like she was mad....

  Called in to place my order 10 pc all flats. Spoke with Tt, she confirmed my order and ensured it would be cooked to my likening. When I arrived my order had not been placed. What a huge inconvenience and to walk in to see the staff playing is highly frustrating! No manager on duty, unethical attitude from staff no apologies, no care in the world! DO NOT ORDER!
