The manager is very involved and knowledgeable. He always makes sure the customers are waited on quickly. Every time I enter I am greeted and treated respectfully .

Big scammers, I paid $94.61 for an overnight envelope to Florida, but the documents arrived three days late. I had to pay extra fees because of the delay. When I asked for a refund, they gave me a phone number to call UPS customer service. After 9 months of back and forth, UPS customer service told me this UPS store is privately run and they are the ones responsible for the refund. Today I asked for my money back again, and they said it has been too long and they can't give me a refund. They knew from the start they were responsible, but Pranav didn’t care. I was a regular customer for 5 years, but not anymore. Watch out for these scams. They give you a label for next day delivery but don’t actually send the mail right away. The delay is on purpose.

There are thieves and scammers working within the organization. My mom sent me a care package (worth over $300) before I start my chemotherapy.
She paid the over $150 2nd Day Air fee and was guaranteed that the package would arrive by 10:30a on the 2nd Day ( from Palm Coast, FL to Cumming, GA).
Within the 1st 48 hours of shipping, we noticed that the package was still in Jacksonville, Florida (which is a 1 hr drive from Palm Coast). We called customer service and they are not sure why but assured us the package we would still be there on time. Thats strange because it was scheduled to be delivered by 10:30a the day it left Jacksonville, FL at 8:03a.
The next morning we checked and the package was now moving but was in Atlanta now well after the guaranteed time. Needless to say, we didn't get our package that day.
On day 3, we saw that the package arrived on Buford, GA however 2 hours later, we received a notification that the package is missing and that a claim has been filed. Another notification stated that the box was empty and the box was discarded.
Being that this is our 1st time doing this, it was a very disheartening and overwhelming experience.
I really needed that package as there was food and medication that I needed to help me throughout my chemotherapy treatment journey.
The fact that someone at the UPS Buford facility opened up the package and took what was inside is cruel and evil. Than made the decision amongst themselves to file a claim without our approval is disappointing.
I hope UPS look into this matter and take it very seriously and hold all individuals involved accountable.
