  A quick shout out to Jason here — made what I anticipated would be an incredibly long process look really easy. Really kind, smart, adaptable. Never know the story behind a given package. This one in particular was unpleasant for me, and instead of an hour it took 10 minutes.

  This ups store helped me HUGE. After hours on phone with Verizon trying to fix their shipping error, this store fixed my problem completely. So grateful. I will be back!

  My 3rd time at this ups store,Jesse is phenomenal, I'm not to update with all computers stuff, but when I see Jesse, I feel comfortable Jesse came over took my papers, answer my question, took my phone show me how to complete my transaction, many thanks to caring, smiling Jesse, I will use this UPS store again

  Jesenia goes above and beyond in helping me every time that I am at this UPS location. She is very professional and helpful. She is a valuable employee. This is a very good location they are very dependable.
