  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I came here to ship a return and was charged $3 just to print the label. When I tried to ask questions about the process and the price I was treated very rudely! I will never come to this location again!

  They provided excellent assistance with the specific services I requested and were very kind throughout the entire process, ensuring everything was brought to a successful conclusion. Although the task took a bit of time, they handled it with courtesy and resolved it effectively.

  I’ve had a great experience with this UPS location recently, especially with the new management in place. The team is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. It’s clear that the new leadership has made a positive impact on both customer service and the overall atmosphere. Every visit has been quick, smooth, and pleasant. It’s refreshing to see such a strong focus on professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for excellent service!

  This UPS Location (2725 Hamilton Mill Rd, Buford) was an incredibly helpful and efficient experience!! The owner, Helena Park, and a new hire, Madden, were extremely kind and patient through my process of notarizing my documents and scanning them to my email. Highly recommend this location for the best service! Definitely coming back here for future scanning, printing, copying, and all other document or shipping related needs.
