  To the store manager: I visited with my family on 8/16/26 at 4:04 PM and experienced awful customer service. When we asked the cashier to help us identify which of our two wrapped footlongs was which, she rudely told us it wasn't her job to figure it out. My family was hungry, but her attitude completely ruined our appetite. We walked out without buying a thing. You just lost our business, and with service like that, you'll keep losing customers. If she is there we will never visit the place again. You just lost a regular customer.
