Very unprofessional experience. Johnny, the manager, asked me to wait while he continued doing paperwork. When a customer is standing at the counter, the customer should be assisted first, or at least acknowledged and informed politely about the wait.
There was no greeting, no welcome, and no effort to provide basic customer service. As a manager, Johnny should be setting the example for the staff, but his attitude and lack of professionalism were disappointing. FedEx should provide better customer service training and ensure customers are treated with courtesy, respect, and professionalism.
