  Went to buy a Bosch rear windshield wiper for a Tiguan 13 inches price on shelf at 1699 Guy register charged me 1999 which is a three dollar difference is quite the increase in. Price said he couldn’t control that. It wasn’t his job to change the prices and that he could not change it at the register. Oh no. We’re sorry we charged you 20 percent more than what it says on the shelf tag. We will tell someone. How about fix the issue or fix it at the register. Employees not doing their job and changing the price is ridiculous. And this is not the first time it has happened at your location. Apologies do not fix it.

  Excellent experience at the Advance Auto Parts store in Buford, GA. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. I stopped in looking for a solution to an issue with my truck and was quickly directed to the right product, which solved the problem immediately. A special thanks to Garth B. for his helpfulness and professionalism. It's clear that customer service is a priority at this location. I hope they are treating their employees well, specifically Garth. He's a valuable asset to Advance Auto Parts. This was one of the best experiences I've had at an auto parts store, and I'll definitely be returning for my future automotive needs. Highly recommended!
