  So I tried telling a different guy that was working in the kitchen that the (10pc) smoke BBQ needed to be boneless, 8pc Hot needed to be Classic but when I received the order they made the BBQ 8pc boneless instead of 10, 8Pc classic hot to 10pc. I tried to make it easier for them if I can get 2 boneless BQQ to make the 8pc boneless a 10 and ask for my 8pc meal combo half hot/parm but they took the BQQ to the back and gave me 6pc boneless and gave me parm. I’m not sure if they were listening or they were stressed out but I honestly wasn’t planning on eating here in the first place and was trying to go eat a Chinese food in the same plaza but they happen to be close today on August 26, 2026. Will not be back.

  Wish I could give 0 stars!!! I told the cashier Im only ordering if I can get hot fries, she told me I had to wait 10 min and I said fine. After 10 mins she gave me my food and it was stale cold fries. I said I specifically ask you for hot fries and her replied was only way you can get it is to wait another 10 mins so I gave her back the fries and left . This is ridiculous wasted my time and my money

  Placed a DoorDash order and was missing my drinks, fries and carrots/celery. Not blaming the DoorDash driver but it was all on my ticket and should’ve been given to the driver. Called the store and they declined my call. Called again and a guy named Ken answered my call, pretended like he didn’t hear me and hung up almost immediately.
