  A spicy itialian has 1 slice of each meat. This is crazy and an example of ripping customers off. Subway use to give you a sub that you could not wrap your mouth around or barely fold in half. Now twice the price and half the food.

  Shaina has been rude and short almost every time I’ve been there and now I’m hearing from other customers that they’ve witnessed or have been on the receiving end of being cussed out and berated. Even heard at Enmark today that she said “the customers are (blank) idiots” I had planned to cater for my kids birthday but I don’t want my children ANYWHERE near here. I have been in a few times since the change in management. At first I understood that change brings stress but it hasn’t gotten better. The store had its short comings under previous management but there were redeeming qualities. Kindness, compassion, and honesty. They actually tried. The staff isn’t trained. The store is disgusting. One of the employees has even said “I’ve gotta call the girl who used to work here. I don’t know how to do this.” What?? I really hope something can be done here. Open disrespect shouldn’t be tolerated, especially when the community are trying to accommodate. Shaina needs to stop. The staff needs to be retrained. The store needs cleaning.

  Great place to get subs. The only things ive noticed lately is the fact they have one person working and never seem to have enough help when they are slammed. I would think management due to sales would be able to tell the nights they may need extra help. I mean when you have customers waiting in line and orders coming in on line as well as for door dash and one person is trying so hard to do all that business as well as taking mean phone calls from frustrated customers and still keeping their cool. Maybe a raise wouldn't hurt for those employees really working themselves to the bone to make sure the store definitely gets their profit. I like coming here to this location because I live in brooklet but honestly seeing this situation play out at least a hand full of times is really frustrating 🙃 I hate it for your employees and for the customers you make wait because yall cant just bring in additional help for a few hours those nights.
