  Workers are slow and take forever to make a simple sandwich

  Great place to get subs. The only things ive noticed lately is the fact they have one person working and never seem to have enough help when they are slammed. I would think management due to sales would be able to tell the nights they may need extra help. I mean when you have customers waiting in line and orders coming in on line as well as for door dash and one person is trying so hard to do all that business as well as taking mean phone calls from frustrated customers and still keeping their cool. Maybe a raise wouldn't hurt for those employees really working themselves to the bone to make sure the store definitely gets their profit. I like coming here to this location because I live in brooklet but honestly seeing this situation play out at least a hand full of times is really frustrating 🙃 I hate it for your employees and for the customers you make wait because yall cant just bring in additional help for a few hours those nights.

  Told the manager. I was happy that all of the vegetable trays were full. Last time I went there there were three of them that were out of. She basically told me I was not telling her the truth because that's never happened. But yet my wife and I were in there and it did in fact happen. Then I asked her for a senior citizen discount like I always get. She said okay and then never gave it to me. Never seen this manager before but I can tell you right now she's rude

  Their $6.95 meal deal is great and the lady made me a really awesome sandwich just the way I asked for it but her attitude at the register was very rude and unprofessional and made me very glad I got the special deal and didn’t spend a penny more there.

  Honestly the people were nice but 100% need hands on supervised training on how to make a sandwich. Girl behind the counter kept putting her chest in my sandwich… they cut the sandwich and put everything in the outside. So when she cut it all the add ons after the cheese fell out.. The guy who was helping and training should be also retrained properly. I know nothing about working at subway but as a supervisor the team is poorly trained or incapable of the job. If owner or manager would like to know more please reach out.
