  Ordered Uber Eats. I was overcharged, paid for all flats and didn’t receive all flats, and ordered blue cheese and got ranch. My husband went into the restaurant the next day and the girl at the counter first said she wasn’t a manager then said oh yes I am. She wouldn’t even look at the receipt and she preceded to tell my husband that if we ordered it we have to pay for it and you are the ones who gave the driver a tip. What?!? It has nothing to do with the driver who picked up and delivered the food. It’s the restaurant who gave me the wrong food AND took longer than promised and weren’t even that great. She was extremely rude and I will not order from this Wingstop again. And possibly no Wingstop because if that is the type of person they put in charge I want nothing to do with them. I wish I had read all of the bad reviews before I ordered. I will not make that mistake again.

  Honestly i hate this wing stop. it’s always something’s i order online and have it delivered. im being charged for delivery and they always forget my items so i have to drive all the way here. what was the point of paying that if i still have to come here?? on top of that they don’t answer there freaking phone . after they messed up my order they take years to give me it. this is the worst wing stops i ever been to. it does not take that long for u guys to give me what’s missing in my bag. terrible service. everyone getting there orders yet im having to still wait never again

  Doesn’t know how to put ranch into their orders. My order was supposed to come with three ranches but it came with nothing. Lemon pepper wings had almost no flavor. Also the wings weren’t extra done like I ordered.
