  No clue how this place rates so highly. The individual who just attempted to help me didn’t seem like she could read? She struggled to type addresses and emails even though they were written down. It took over 15 minutes for her to enter an international address. Then, she couldn’t ship Internationally via USPS even though that’s the price/shipping method she offered. Will never be back.

  Devonta Stevenson is an amazing Manager got me taken care of. I never thought it'd be this easy to get my business cards made. He answered all my questions promptly and without hesitation. Will definitely come back in the near future. One of the best experiences i have had at any UPS store. Thankful for him and wishing him the best. God bless 🙏

  Went into this store to ship out multiple packages for my job. I had not done this process before and the general manager Devonta was extremely helpful getting all of my packages shipped out correctly. He also showed me how to track the packages and overall was very helpful. This will be my go to store for now on for all mailing needs.

  Devonta Stevenson is my man!!! He was superb, outstanding and when I’m in Atlanta again and have to mail a pckg I’m gonna call first to make sure he’s on duty or else I won’t come!!!!!! He needs a triple raise!!!!!!!!
