  The lady in the store (Venezuelan) does not speak any English. She asked me for my phone for “information” and she started opening my apps my photos and my text messages and she said it was for “verification purposes” THIS IS LEGIT A PREPAID SERVICE COMPANY. I buy my phones at Apple and activate them here to save money long term since I upgrade my phones every 4 years. Truthfully a horrible experience. Couldn’t resolve anything for me… and built a “case” after already having no phone line for 36 hours. Truthfully baffling, despicable customer service. And then she said “you’re going to have to give me your phone to get more info off of it” NO m’am. After invading my privacy… now it’s closing time and she’s telling my issue to her husband that’s sitting on the bench in the store. Legit one of the most unprofessional interactions I’ve ever come across. I’m writing this review while still standing in the store waiting for a “case number”
