  I want to report the worst experience I’ve had at an Advance Auto Parts Clairmont Rd Atlanta's store. On Saturday, May 23, I went to the Advance Auto Parts location on Clairmont Rd to have my Red Top battery checked. As the charge of the battery was dead so I was advised to leave the battery there for the next 24 hours— I purchased that battery two years ago and it was still under warranty. Next day, May 24 when I went to pick up the battery, the customer service agent with medium wavy-hair had a terrible attitude and refused to give me any options. The only “solution” He offered was to buy a brand-new battery, completely ignoring that mine was under warranty. I understand the efforts Advance Auto Parts makes to provide great service, but this experience was unacceptable at the Clairmont Rd Store. Because of this, I went to the Advance Auto Parts in Chamblee, GA 30341 - Store #06870 at 5475 Peachtree Industrial Blvd. The manager and representatives Dilan and Bryan were the complete opposite. They tested my battery, confirmed it was not functional anymore, and honored the warranty by helping me with a replacement. The difference in service between these two stores was night and day. The Chamblee team represented your brand well, while the Clairmont Rd location failed completely. Please address the training and attitude issues at the Clairmont Rd store. I also want to commend Dylan and Bryan, the Store manager (Store #06870) for their professionalism. Thank you. Oscar B.

  I came in on a Sunday and was helped right away. The man who helped me was super helpful and honest. He took his time replacing my battery and did an excellent job. I was extremely pleased with my experience and will definitely be coming back here if I ever need to.
