  Man was rude and closed the store 6 mins before 630 ( posted closing). I just needed to fax something and it wouldn't have taken 3 mins.

  Hours on Google and front door are not what they are open. Pulled up on a Friday before 6:30 and crickets. Spent 25 min in the crap show of hwy 211 traffic to get there before they "closed" and it was locked up tight. Guess theirs a reason they have 3 Stars on Google...

  I walk into the store. I walk up to the counter, and there’s two employees taping boxes. I’m the only customer in the store. It takes five minutes to even be acknowledged. Then a bald, heavy set employee complains to me about a customer on the phone. This is all before being acknowledged. I send an email, and they claim emails are not coming in. I ask if there’s a way to get logged into a computer. The other employee tells me not right now. All I wanted to do is get a single piece of paper printed. Poor service all around.

  Wish I could give less stars but 1 will do since I need it to post. The pure audacity and rude/awful customer service I experience at this location just bore me out of the water. I bring in a package, after working a long 12 hour shift, totally forgetting to put a few prices of tape on a box for shipping. I went in, told him as I was putting the box on the counter and asked nicely if he would spare some tape so I could get this return completed in time. He ROLLED HIS EYES, clearly, scanned my code, KNOWING the situation, and said, “I really wish it was taped up, it’s a bigger box” and I jokingly said “I can take it back, to tape it if I have too” with a laugh, and as this man is PRINTING my return label to put on the box, he says “ok” …clearly I realized now that he wasn’t going to accept the return but you realize you just wasted more ink and product doing that then letting me borrow some tape? Anyways, this will NOT be the location I refer all of my clients, family and customers too anymore && will never return too. ✌️
