  Go in to find a part, says there's two in the store, they have no idea where they are. Order it online, then they cancel the order... Just don't have it. Call in, they just cancelled it, didn't try to source it anywhere else.

  I am a 66 year old lady that went to Advance Auto Parts to buy some oil for an urgent situation and there was a young man there named Jayen who was super helpful to me and very friendly and gave me the best customer service!!! I highly recommend this location!

  Sean Was so kind and super helpful! After being on the road for over 8 hours my check engine light came on and my vehicle started shaking, thankfully I was able to safely exit the Hwy and this store was right off the exit… I was completely shaken 30 miles from home and not familiar with the area, Sean went above and beyond to offer to check out my vehicle and and run the code to see why the check Engine light turned on. He helped me stay calm knowing I had my Kids and dog in the car and still had almost 30 miles until I reached home, I felt safe and confident I could make it home safely thanks to his very helpful knowledge and advice. Would highly recommend this store, thank you again for your help Sean! Hope your management knows what an outstanding asset you are to the Advanced Auto team and Braselton store!   Check engine light eas in they scanned my car, helped my find the right clips for my windshield fluid reservoir which had broken off. This Braselton location was great! They know what they are doing and we're very helpful and courteous! Shelby was particularly amazing! Thank you Advance Auto of Braselton for making it so easy for me to maintain my vehicle. Every employee in that location was phenomenal!
