  Customer service is awful and the young lady was rude. They charged me a fee and told me I had to purchase a bag to return an item. I explained to them that UPS shipped the item in the original bag, I was returning the item. The young lady disregarded what I said and she was very rude and told me I had to purchase a bag to return the item. I advise anyone to not frequent this UPS store in Bonaire on 96. Poor customer service

  Good luck getting a package from this place. Pick I different pickup locations. The employees that were in there said they didn’t have a guys package telling him he’s at the wrong location, he leaves then they find the package. They don’t want to truly help you they just want to say it’s not there. Well it likely is and if you don’t get it, it will get put to the back shelf like mine did and they won’t be able to find it. Not the first time this happened to me at this location. There are to many other opting for this to happen. I will go to other locations next time.
