  The employees are exceptional. They are well trained and I love the comrade between them. All around the work environment seems good, which makes customer support even better.

  I have had several issues that this location. The latest I tried speaking with someone in charge and no one was working that was in charge or take action. I paid for a prepaid label and the customer could not use it as UPS labeled the prepaid using their address as the sender. SMH. Now I have to pay for shipping again and I am not sure if I will get my money back for the prepaid label I paid for as no one is available who can resolve the issue. SMH

  DO NOT SHIP FROM THIS STORE! I paid $85 for next day air to ship meds my daughter needed immediately. They were finally delivered 6 days later! On day 3 the shipment was still in Macon! You can't file a claim online so I've been to the store 3 times with no luck. They took my info and said they'd email me with the claim every time but now it's been 2 weeks and I've got nothing. It appears I wasted my money so now all I can do is warn others. I've seen very similar reviews here where the same thing has happened so please take heed and do not ship from here.
