  My daughter and I stopped in for a late lunch. Jacob was manning the location alone. Even though customers were coming in behind us, He knocked out our order and smiled doing it.

  Placed online order for delivery. When order was processed it said pick up. I don’t have time to pick up hence the delivery selection. Called cancelled the order 3 to 5 business days for refund. It didn’t take you that long to get my money. Staff was not helpful nor apologetic. I will not be ordering from them again. Rude staff.

  I ordered two sandwiches on line the other night. My husband went to go pick them up. I get a phone call from my husband informing me that they hadn't made them because there was nothing there to make them. I understand it was late, but my order and my money had been taken for that order. I don't understand why someone didn't pick up the phone and call the number that is attached to the order. Or even why they would accept the order if there was no food. He said delivery places like ubereats and grubhub had came in and were turned away. I ordered through subway app. I have worked in the food industry for majority of my life and I get things happen. I also understand that if something is wrong with an order or that it cannot be filled to call the number attached to it if so.

  My favorite subway in Athens, this place is for the most part comfortable to eat at. Staff is always so friendly!

  Ordered online and when I got there the sandwiches were ready and employees where very nice. My order was correct and the meal tasted great!
