  Super odd and unpleasant experience. The elderly blonde lady was rude- mumbling questions while turned completely around or head down so you could barely hear anything, and even though we were patiently kind about it, she acted like we were the issue- if you didn't respond in 2 seconds, she snapped.... Even though every customer was struggling to hear, and i was having to repeat everything for her. Just a terrible attitude, while being pushy at her coworker, who was very sweet and friendly. I normally tip $2-$3 per sandwich, but for the first time, I could not get myself to leave a good one and ended up doing just under $1 each. We were overcharged an extra drink and side, but I was so over the interaction that I just swallowed it so we could be done. Hopefully it was just a bad day and this was out of character- but I also hope that she grows to learn that just because you aren't having a great day doesn't mean to misdirect and try to spoil other's day. Especially when we were all being kind and patient to her impatience.

  I'm making this rating SOLEY on Friday night crews. This particular night, I walked in and got rude looks (showed up at 8:15pm - states they close at 10pm), and NO ONE TALKED. I said what's up. Still nothing. They then proceeded to walk to the back and play music on their phones. Every day shift I come here, I get excellent service and great atmosphere. This is the 4th time I've received this kind of attitude on this shift.

  Ok....so.....I been to plenty of Subway's. This is the best one! Three people on Staff. Super large sestijg area and dining room. Smiling faces, attentive service. Just Wow!
