  Mrs Denise at advance in Blackshear goes above and beyond to make sure her customers leave happy. Called the store about wheel studs and nuts for my lawn mower/tractor. She couldn’t find them in the computer so she recommended I come in if possible so we could see if we could find the right studs. I’d already called around and nobody had them but I needed them desperately. So I went to the store and she went through all the wheel studs in stock until we found the right ones. I thanked her a million times before I left because I had a job to complete and couldn’t without those wheel studs for my lawn mower/tractor. Need more employees like her.

  Jade did great she answered all my questions I had. And even went above and beyond to make sure I had the correct part ordered for my truck. Hell she deserves a raise or something for the way she handled it

  Jade simmons , didn't provide for my needs. I asked where the oil was, and she told me it's over there, I said where? And all she could do was point, instead of helping me, she was sitting on her phone like she didn't care to help a customer out. Please hire someone that will actually help. She is definitely not fit for this job. And I posted it on fb and other people said the same thing. She stays on her phone instead of helping customers!

  I came in around lunch time to get new brake calibers for my truck and the girl with the blue hair was rude and very unprofessional and more worried about whoever she was conversating with on her phone than assisting me with needing brake calibers I ended up leaving without getting brake calibers her customer service skills are non existent
