  I will never return to this subway! Nothing was stocked. Employees were not in any hurry even though there was a long line. The girl checking us out asked a question and when I turned to look at 1 of my daughters to answer the question my other daughter said the she said "Jesus christ" and rolled her eyes.

  In the past this place has been great. Today is the worst. My son stopped in to get me a sub on his way home. The bread was so old it was hard crumbling, and it was mini sized. Like smaller than a 6in the amount of tuna was like a tablespoon spread across it and the rest of the toppings was very a small amount. I normally get a 6in because it would fill me up but this was a disgusting sad tiny little sub with old hard crumbling bread. Will never eat here again. Jersey Mike's it is.

  I want the $3.99 6 inch deli faves. It has meat in it and i do not like their choice of meal. I ask not to include it but they say you cannot. Or take a veggie at a higher price. I do not like that! It makes it easy just not to include meat in the meal of the day!

  Been to location in person in the past didn't run into issues, however they have a tendency not to answer the phone at all, put in an online order today & immediately called realizing I'd intended to put in an order at the Athens location, called about 3 times one time was picked up with no response and then hung up on. Probably going to avoid this business going into the future just for the logistical hassle, especially when Publix and Jersey Mike's is right next door. Keep my $5 or whatever I guess. 😅

  I placed an order online to be delivered I ordered the tuna and paid extra for the avocado spread. There was no cheese or avocado on my sandwich I called and spoke with a manager that said they would remake my sandwiches. I went up there to order the same sandwiches I ordered that didn’t have the avocado on it. The young lady that took my order placed my bread in the oven but did not turn it on then she realized she didn’t turn it on and turned it on and burned my bread. She said sorry so I was like sure things happen then she placed my tuna on the bread then went for the avocado spread and i saw what she was going to put on my sandwich which was green and brown and I told her no I don’t want that do you have anymore? She was like I don’t know if we have anymore and acted like she didn’t even want to look. She came back and said it was none in the cooler. I said ok, and as I observed I couldn’t help to see a lot of gnats flying around in front of the window where the vegetables are and sauces that they put on the sandwiches outside of the window and inside of that window. I don’t know what happened to all the workers here but the ones that was there today need some more training and the restaurant needs to be sprayed to try to get rid of all the gnats.
