  Went to statham location walked out bc couldn't get service "no customers in store" went to bethlehem guy was super nice did a great job very fast awesome attitude give that man a raise Sept 13 2026 12:05 pm

  I genuinely wasn’t going to wright a review cus I’m not that typa person but this is now the second time that iv going to this location and they where closing HOURS before there store hours, we pulled up at 8:40 (mind you they close at 10) and all the lights where off so my boyfriend called the store and asked if they where closed and she said no but we close very soon and then he asked oh do yall not close at ten anymore and she paused and said no we do, but I already closed a lot down…. right so make that make sense then as we are walking up to the door she’s unlocked the door….right so your open for another hour.. and while she was making our sandwich’s I asked so what time do you normally closed and she didn’t give me a straight answer but pretty much said we start cleaning after our “rush” around 8 or 9 ok cool but why lock the door and turn off the lights??? Idk when it’s a common establishment like Walmart, McDonald or idk subway then the hours are supposed to be the same for each location. I have never had this problem with any other subway, and let’s just say she does need the whole HOUR to clean the store then maybe she shouldn’t be the only employee?!

  Walked in a lady was making 3 sandwiches at the pace of a snail. Didn't even bother to look up and speak. Stood there 10 minutes before she even bothers to speak. Her nails were nasty and poking out of her gloves. I just left. I wouldn't want to eat anything here.

  I will never return to this subway! Nothing was stocked. Employees were not in any hurry even though there was a long line. The girl checking us out asked a question and when I turned to look at 1 of my daughters to answer the question my other daughter said the she said "Jesus christ" and rolled her eyes.

  In the past this place has been great. Today is the worst. My son stopped in to get me a sub on his way home. The bread was so old it was hard crumbling, and it was mini sized. Like smaller than a 6in the amount of tuna was like a tablespoon spread across it and the rest of the toppings was very a small amount. I normally get a 6in because it would fill me up but this was a disgusting sad tiny little sub with old hard crumbling bread. Will never eat here again. Jersey Mike's it is.
