  Walked in, seen the line is wrapping around to the front door. Instantly walked out and this isn’t the first time the line at this particular restaurant has been outrageous. Foods always good and consistent with quality my main squeeze is the line and service

  I have to say, this was a shock to me! I made an online order, I have never been more disappointed with a Subway. When I went in to pick up my order there were about 5 people behind the counter. Not one person acknowledged my presence. They were not busy. Not good customer service, I also paid online and added a tip. I said, “thank you,” when I picked the order up, not one response was given. Upon arriving home, the bread seemed to be 5 or more days old, there was so much mayo on the sandwich, I had no clue what else was on there, one sandwich, a BLT, had a thimble amount of bacon. It was PITIFUL!! I think, when one orders on line the workers don’t really care how it is thrown together. I’m not sure if the manager was one of the 5 people behind the counter or not. I love subway but this was sooooo incredibly disappointing. Thank you.

  Had a friend pick me up a sub and it tastes good for something ive never had but it just left a weird taste in my mouth. Still good minus whatever it was. I see a lot of negative reviews for the food getting people sick so I guess it could be related.

  The subway in baxley is the best good people great service and they went out of their way for me tonight they were just about to close had near bout everything put up of course it was like 5 mins till closing the young lady tonight and the gentleman behind the counter tonight is what all subways need a big thank you and the subs taste better than ever have
