  Came into the store this afternoon and I guess that was the manager who greeted me at first and welcome me in. Her and the other young lady they took care of me and I really appreciate that.

  It's weird how the same sandwich can taste different at different locations. I skip two closer locations to get my sandwich here.

  I'm confused, first time I've had any difficulties at this location. Ordered Meal of Day online, upgraded in app when asked. Meal wasn't ready when I arrived, to top it off was just a sandwich. Asked young lady behind the counter, why wasn't it a meal. She said something about the pricing! So I ordered the Meal of the Day online again. Was handed cookies and dink. She was making 2 more sandwiches neither was mine. A gentleman came from the back area to assist her, she showed him the receipt. 2 guests walked in...the made all 3 of their sandwiches, and acted as though I didn't exist. 5 sandwiches before I finally got mine. 7:15 pm order time, received at 7:39 pm. Totally unacceptable.Worst service of 2026 for me.
