The staff and manager at this location SPECIFICALLY were the kindest and most helpful people! They went above and beyond to help me with my car troubles while treating me with genuine care and concern for my car mishap. They went out of their way to help me figure out the best way to fix the issues that my car was having far beyond just reading the codes and giving me a print out! I appreciate the outstanding customer service they gave me and even tho I was traveling though Austell I will make sure to stop by and address any car concerns with them in particular the next time I’m ever in the area again! Thank you Karen and thank you Davis your kindness and caring blessed my heart today! May you revive the same blessings in abundance 🙏🏼🫱🏼‍🫲🏽💯🥹🫶🏼

KAREN IS BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL! SUPER HELPFUL PHENOMENAL ASSET TO ADVANCE AUTO AS AN EMPLOYEE! THANK YOU KAREN FOR YOUR HOSPITALITY AND BEING SO HELPFUL WHEN I CALLED IN FOR A STAR BIT FOR MY LICENSE PLATE. AFTER I VISITED ADVANCE AUTO IN DOUGLASVILLE ON FAIRBURN ROAD AND SPOKE WITH DONNIE WHO IS RUDE AND SAID HE CANNOT HELP ME! WHEN THERE WAS NO ONE IN THE STORE. HIS BEHAVIOR AS AN EMPLOYEE IS UNACCEPTABLE AND GIVES ADVANCE AUTO A BAD NAME! KAREN WAS AWESOME AND CHANGE MY MIND ABOUT ADVANCE AUTO I WILL CONTINUE TO BE A CUSTOMER JUST BECAUSE OF KAREN SHE DESERVES A RAISE FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND!! THANKS AGAIN KAREN I TRULY APPRECIATE YOU!

Do a very professional, especially what’s your name again especially Mrs Karen and Walter and I don’t think I would’ve been able to get out of here without their assistance. They are very professional very helpful very resourceful and I think they all deserve a raise.
