  Do a very professional, especially what’s your name again especially Mrs Karen and Walter and I don’t think I would’ve been able to get out of here without their assistance. They are very professional very helpful very resourceful and I think they all deserve a raise.

  Disappointed with the customer service at this location. Before even testing the battery, the employee told my son he could 'almost guarantee' we'd need a brand-new one. The machine actually printed out proof that the battery has a healthy 12.53V charge. The employee then pointed out that the terminals were packed with corrosion, but offered absolutely zero advice or pointers on how to fix it. He didn't suggest buying a cheap can of battery cleaner or a brush from their own shelves to clear the connection—he just sent my son on his way, and now the car is stranded dead in our driveway. Pushing a big sale but offering zero helpful guidance when it falls through is just poor service! * Updating my review from 1, to 3 stars with the manager getting a massive 5-star shoutout to the store manager, Carey! I just got off the phone with him, and he was incredibly nice, patient, and understanding while listening to my complaint. Great management makes a huge difference!
