  Food is good. But I would rather them tell you that it's not ready than to wait 10 minutes after it says it's ready, don't adjust your stats just to get a better corporate Appearance , you'll definitely be waiting on food here

  Fast delicious chicken. Fries hot . Cashier came to the door opened door for me, even when leaving.

  Was driving for uber eats, came in to pick up an order, and on the screen it said my order was “ready”. The cashier said that was wrong, deleted it off the screen, and had me sitting there for 20 minutes saying they were working on it. The order was just a 10x piece with a 20 oz drink. After sitting there watching other peoples names come up and having other people leave with deliveries, i went up to the counter and asked whats going on and they told me they had never started working on it.

  I had unnecessary issues correcting my order on 3/28/26 at 5:16pm-5:30pm. That issue didn’t seem to matter to them. Bad business. Customer service needs drastic improvement. Between how orders are handled over the phone by newer employees , to how they are escalated.

  About 2 months ago I ordered from this wing stop and it literally made me sick. I just ordered it from the same location on Tuesday and here it is Friday and I have been sick ever since. I cant even eat anything for fear of my stomach being compromised. Please look into how you all are storing your food. I.e the temperatures are as they should be and meat and other items are stored as they should. Even the ranch which I believe is the main culprit. I will never eat at wing stop again due to this.
