I had an exceptional experience at the Wingstop on Harper Franklin Road in Augusta, Georgia, and I specifically want to recognize Jaqonda. I was told she has only been with the company for about four days, and you honestly would never know it based on the level of customer service she provided. She was welcoming, professional, attentive, respectful, and genuinely knew how to make a customer feel appreciated.
Employees like Jaqonda are an asset to any company because great customer service is about more than simply taking an order. It’s about how you treat people, and she absolutely understands that. I sincerely hope Wingstop management and corporate leadership recognize her for the outstanding impression she is already making this early in her employment.
Jaqonda, keep doing exactly what you’re doing. You are phenomenal, and your hard work and positive attitude deserve to be recognized. Five stars without hesitation!

This morning I was at the nail salon located next to Wingstop on Harper Franklin Avenue, and I witnessed an interaction that I found extremely unprofessional and concerning.
A Wingstop employee entered the nail salon visibly upset, yelling and using profanity toward the front desk employee because a nail salon customer had parked in a designated Wingstop parking space. While I understand that businesses have the right to enforce their designated parking, it’s not always what you say, but how you say it. The level of aggression displayed was completely unnecessary, especially considering the vehicle did not belong to the front desk employee, it belonged to a customer who was having their nails done.
I come to this nail salon often, and the Wingstop parking signage appears to have been added fairly recently, so a simple, respectful conversation could have addressed the situation.
I also went next door to speak with the Wingstop manager, a gentleman with long hair, but unfortunately, he seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns.
If anyone has the contact information for the district manager or corporate representative for the Wingstop on Harper Franklin Avenue, please tag them or forward their information to me. I believe this situation deserves to be addressed, not because of the parking issue itself, but because customers and neighboring businesses should always be treated with basic professionalism and respect
I am from California and the wingstop here in Georgia is amazing compared to where I am from. Maybe its just the way they prepare it, specifically the Louisiana Rub. If you're looking for a quick stop for some wings count on this store!
They marked the order « ready » in their screen and it’s not even started yet … waste of customer time ! Guess they are paid hourly loll
I am so upset. i ordered my order online to speed up my food process. it said it would be ready by 5:00. They keep asking me for my name and i keep confirming it. It has been 10 minutes. i only got two small fries. There is 7 workers here however they keep talking about “whos your daddy”. This is unprofessional. I Love wingstop so i will keep coming but i just wanted to distress myself
